Position Overview

We are seeking a Shipping Operator to oversee the day-to-day operational management of tanker voyages. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between charterers and vessel owners, ensuring smooth operational execution and full compliance with charter party terms.

The role also includes the accurate and timely issuance of freight and commission invoices, freight calculations, and post-fixture operational follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between charterers and vessel owners for assigned fixtures.
• Monitor voyage performance and ensure adherence to schedules and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with charter party agreements, both spot and TC.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor freight and commission invoices, ensuring timely follow-up and payment processing.
