Opportunity Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Shop Foreman** to join our vehicle sustainment team in **Schofield Barracks, Honolulu,HI** **.** The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Oversees all ground vehicle and equipment maintenance operations, scheduling, repairs, logistics and record-keeping using specialized systems.
+ Maintains oversight and compliance in accordance with regulatory regulations such as CFR, FIAR, OSHA, AFOSH, and other federal, country, state requirements.
+ Leads, manages and assigns work orders to as required to maintenance technicians.
+ Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations and maintains knowledge of processes and equipment provides timely and accurate reporting to program leadership.
