St Leonard’s Hospice is recruiting a Shop Manager to work at our Scarcroft Road, York shop to manage the day-to-day running, delivering an efficient, organised and customer-focused operation to maximise income for the Hospice. Every interaction with our customers, whether that be through purchases or donations will help us to continue to provide care and support to local people with life limiting illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Maximise store sales, profits and meet KPIs through management of stock, visual merchandising and commercial analysis
• Provide a high level of customer service to donors and customers and uphold the Hospice values and Retail Service principles
• Provide line management support to the shop team which will consist of paid staff and volunteers
