Shopfloor QA Lead: Real-Time Quality & CI

Bachem is seeking a QA Shopfloor Manager (f/m/d) in Bubendorf. This role focuses on ensuring compliance in manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing proactive QA support on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemistry or Natural Sciences and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, predominantly in API manufacturing and quality assurance.
