SHOPIFY DISPATCH MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily Shopify orders and dispatch operations
Process, verify, and prepare online customer orders for shipment
Coordinate with warehouse team for packing and stock availability
Create shipping labels, courier bookings, and tracking updates
Monitor pending, shipped, delivered, and returned orders
Handle order issues, cancellations, and return management
Supervise dispatch staff and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain dispatch reports and order accuracy
Requirements:
2-4 years experience in Shopify order management or dispatch operations
Strong knowledge of Shopify dashboard and order processing
Knowledge of courier portals and shipment tracking
Team management and problem-solving skills
Good command of Excel and computer systems
