Must-Have

  • 10-12 years of experience in implementing Service Integration and Management process
  • Excellent Service Integration Process knowledge
  • Manage cross-vendor activities like major incidents, RCAs, changes, releases etc.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • ITIL certification

Good-to-Have

  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow tool
  • Basic confluence tool knowledge
