- Excellent Service Integration Process knowledge
- Manage cross-vendor activities like major incidents, RCAs, changes, releases etc.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- ITIL certification

- Basic understanding of ServiceNow tool
- Basic confluence tool knowledge
