The Simulation / CAE Engineer is responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing vehicle systems and components using CAE methodologies to ensure technical feasibility, performance durability, and compliance with TRATON Group standards and product requirements.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop and deliver high‑quality simulation models and validated results to support engineering decisions.
• Perform structural durability analyses and interpret results to support robust design recommendations.
• Analyze and process Data Acquisition (DAQ) signals, including filtering, validation, and interpretation.
• Perform correlation between numerical simulations and DAQ/test data, ensuring representativeness and consistency.
