Job Description
We are seeking a
Simulation & Digital Twin Engineer
to join our global team. This role focuses on the simulation of manufacturing processes and production systems, as well as the development and deployment of digital twins to support factory design, automation, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across global sites.
The ideal candidate combines
strong engineering fundamentals ,
hands-on simulation experience , and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain process and production simulations for manufacturing lines, workcells, and factories. Create and manage digital twin models for production systems, including human, robotic, and automated operations. Perform capacity analysis, line balancing, and whatif studies to support manufacturing decisions. Support virtual commissioning, layout validation, and early-stage design reviews.
