Single Facer Operator (Corrugation Plant)

Position: Single Facer Operator Industry: Corrugated Packaging Manufacturing Location: Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the Single Facer machine to produce quality corrugated board.
Ensure proper flute formation and bonding of paper liners.
Set machine parameters according to production requirements.
Monitor steam pressure, glue application, and machine performance.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Minimize wastage and maintain production efficiency.
Requirements:
Matric/Intermediate or relevant technical qualification.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating a Single Facer machine in a corrugated packaging plant.
Knowledge of flute profiles, paper grades, and adhesive application.
Ability to troubleshoot common machine issues.
