Opportunity Description
The SIS Plant Lead will guide the plant in an operational shift toward SIS as a way of running the business.
The SIS Plant Lead will work directly with the Plant Manager to identify gaps in plant structure, KAI's and KPI's that promote SIS.
The SIS Plant Lead will also drive managerial pillar aspects into Technical Pillars, generate reports as required, take on various other assignments as needed; and lead SIS audit readiness and shop floor reviews.
The SIS Plant Lead will be the contact with the corporate US team to define the plant SIS standards.
