SITC Manufacturing Product Lead

**Description:**
You will be the SITC manufacturing product lead for the Sensor Integration & Test Center (SITC). Our team is responsible for managing quality, cost, and schedule scope for SITC programs within the MFC Sensors & Global Sustainment portfolio.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the SITC manufacturing product lead you will be responsible for overseeing program performance, guiding support functions, and acting as the primary SITC program interface.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Manage quality, cost, and schedule scope for at least one SITC program.
+ Provide dotted‑line leadership across multiple SITC support functions.
+ Serve as the main program interface between SITC and external stakeholders.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program outcomes.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with portfolio strategy.
