Job Summary
The Site Acquisition Specialist is a key driver of Woofy Wifi’s growth, responsible for building and managing partnerships with property owners and building management to support network expansion. This role blends relationship management, sales strategy, negotiation, and hands-on field work — from initiating conversations through cold outreach to successfully closing agreements and coordinating project implementation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential partnership opportunities with property developers, building administrators, condominium corporations, and property management offices.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and field visits to properties to introduce company services, request meetings, and build relationships with decision-makers.
