SITE AGENT – BUILDING STRUCTURES PROJECTS Cape Town, Western Cape
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead and manage large-scale building structures projects in the Cape Town area.
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and Contracts Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall site execution of structural works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Manage all site-based construction activities relating to building structures projects. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, and site resources.
