Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Primarily Dan Y Coed School & Home, Swansea Region
Start Date: September 2026
About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Caretaker to join our Swansea region, supporting Dan Y Coed School & Home and Ty Trafle School. This newly created role is part of our Estates & Maintenance restructure, designed to strengthen local maintenance support and ensure our sites remain safe, compliant, and welcoming environments for the children, young people, and staff who rely on them.
