Role & Responsibilities:
Perform site markings, supervise site activities and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct regular site inspections to check quality of work and identify defects or rectification needs.
Arrange and coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid project delays.
Liaise with clients, designers, consultants, and relevant authorities regarding site matters and project coordination.
Prepare daily site reports, progress records, attendance, and documentation.
Ensure workplace safety practices are followed and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist in scheduling manpower and coordinating work sequences among different trades.
