This role executes business strategy in an efficient and financially responsible manner to achieve both short- and long-term organizational goals. The Clinical Operations Manager ensures compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives, and plays a key role in budget development and performance monitoring. The position also leads key human resources activities, including recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and training, to support smooth and effective business operations.
