Job Description
- Oversee and manage construction activities at the factory and plant sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance with local laws.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot/resolve technical problems.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates related to construction activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with government authorities for necessary permits, approvals, and site-specific regulatory requirements. *Project site: Bangkok, Chonburi Rayong
