Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive workplace quality culture
• Assess subcontractor and suppliers ability to comply with the project quality requirements
• Conduct visual inspections and progressively monitor installation of the works
• Monitor, resolve and prevent significant quality issues and share lessons learnt
• Conduct consultation and communication on quality matters where required
• Report and distribute non-conformances and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Review effectiveness of corrective actions
• Implement final defects management system and agree coordinate inspections
• Attend collaborative post project review meeting to assess performance identify and document lessons learnt
• Develop a construction methodology with due regard for the integrity of the project
