Opportunity Description
Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 19 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily. Kickstart is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our Islamabad team. This role requires strong coordination with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish. Required Background
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (DAE Civil/B.E./B.Tech)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience preferably in interior fitout projects
Strong knowledge of civil finishing, MEP coordination, and site supervision
Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings
Able to supervise contractors and handle stake holders
Able to schedule and complete project activities on time
