Site Engineer is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Kerry based pharma manufacturing client.
Responsibilities
Reports to the QA Lead for Production and Maintenance.To monitor and control maintenance and calibration for all manufacturing equipment and instrumentation at BVP.Liaise with external sub-contractors regarding equipment maintenance and calibrations/qualifications.To assist with the validation, calibration and maintenance of the Purified Water and WFI systems, the HVAC system and autoclaves.Oversee engineering function and ensure PM schedule and Master Validation Plan is adhered to and all associated records updated accordinglyPurchase and procure spare parts and relevant consumablesTo assist with IQ, OQ, PQ of all new and existing equipment.To assist the QP, in the implementation of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
