Job Description . Assist the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineer in Assisting the project, executing & ensure work is carried according to program Schedule. . Assist in managing the work activities for the group of supervisor and workers. .Must able to handle masonry, carpentry and formwork for full building, mearsuring and leveling when requirement needed at the site. . Pick up and drop Workers and Supervisers from dometry to work place & work place to dometry. . Manpower planning for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours provided by Project Engineer. .Conduct every day tool box meeting, and maintain workers attendance, work report and safety documents. . To provide administrative control on the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and process the staff leave entitlement, sick leave, in-camp training and other matter concerning the site staff administrative matters, discipline and welfare. .
