Responsibilities
- Monitor, planning & supervision of setting up of precast yard.
- Monitor & supervise erection of gantrycranes at precast yard.
- Mould grouping and setting up of moulds.
- Coordinate with precast yard on technical details assistance.
- Coordinate with M&E team/sub‑contractors on cast‑in items & openings.
- Preparing the schedule for production based on site's delivery requirement.
- Monitor production & quality control of precast components such as Cell Walls, Beams, Staircase, etc.
- Checking Precast Facades reinforcement, cast‑in items and connection details prior to casting.
- Production of Precast Facades & assisting installation team during installation.
- Planning and scheduling of site works.
- Directed all necessary day‑to‑day site activities.
- Monitoring work progress and administration of all site works.
- Quality analysis and control of works.
