Opportunity Description
The Role:
Delivers on-site HR assistance to employees and people leaders by supporting day-to-day HR transactions, employee concerns, documentation, and coordination with centralized HR teams while ensuring service efficiency and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provides accurate information to employees regarding routine HR concerns using guides and SOPs.
- Processes routine HR requests accurately within set timelines.
- Ensures completeness of employee 201 files and document requirements.
- Facilitates onboarding and exit clearance steps for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Site HR, HR Support, or HR Operations in a BPO/shared services environment
