About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the Site HR function for the India R&D Center of a global automotive electronics organization. The role will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the R&D division while driving Talent & Organization Development (TOD) initiatives across the business.

The incumbent will play a critical role in enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning, succession planning, organization development, leadership engagement, and people capability enhancement within a high-performing engineering and innovation environment.
