Site Manager

A busy construction business is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the Auckland region.

With a strong forward workload, this role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of developments while being supported by a highly capable project delivery team.

Working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders, you will take responsibility for coordinating all on-site activities, driving programme outcomes, managing direct labour and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This position would suit a hands-on leader who enjoys taking ownership of site operations and has a proven ability to motivate teams.
