Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

We're working with a specialist fit-out company delivering high-end commercial joinery projects with a value up to £25 million. They are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors to meet programme deadlines
  • Ensure all works comply with design, regulatory, health & safety, and quality standards
  • Liaise effectively with main contractors, architects, and consultants to maintain strong working relationships
  • Monitor site progress, report delays, variations, and potential risks to the Project Manager
  • Oversee site logistics including deliveries, inductions, and RAMS compliance
