Opportunity Description

Immediate start on a large complex Christchurch project, we’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established project team delivering a large complex building project. 

Reporting to a successful on site PM and working alongside a large team you will lead a complex package of work with main responsibilities including 

  • Short-term programming and scheduling

  • Reviewing of plans and organising subcontractors and trades

  • Quality assurance and on-site issue resolution

  • Management of RFIs, documentation, and site reporting

  • Daily toolbox talks and site health & safety leadership

  • Site Management experience on large construction projects

  • Experience with building services / MEP highly desireable

  • A solid understanding of NZ construction standards and practices

  • Confident using Project, Procore, or similar project systems
