Manage daily site operations and coordinate multiple trades on site. Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards. Report progress and maintain proper site documentation. Conduct site meetings and provide guidance to supervisors and foremen. Requirements:
Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities on site. Ability to lead site teams effectively.
