Opportunity Description

We are presently recruiting for a Site Manager/ Foreman for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. Working on one of the largest construction projects ever to commence in Kerry, this position will be for roughly 2 years and will require you to work on all aspects of site management and to ensure project is brought in on time and within budget. You will be responsible for all staff and equipment and will act as point of contact with staff and engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage daily and weekly work plans aligned with the project programme.

  • Coordinate plant, labor, and material requirements to avoid delays.

  • Sequence operations efficiently, including excavation, formwork, rebar installation, and concrete pours.

  • Plan plant movement and manage access routes to avoid site congestion.

  • Allocate tasks to the workforce, ensuring optimal productivity.
