Site Manager

My client is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to join a flagship 2000-unit residential development in Suffolk. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on one of the region's largest and most high-profile housing projects, delivering a high-quality, sustainable community at scale.

You will take ownership of a defined phase or multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery is on programme, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across a large residential scheme
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations (CDM) and company procedures
• Drive programme delivery, identifying and mitigating risks to progress
