Opportunity Description
WPS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our growing planned maintenance team, delivering a Social Housing Decarbonisation (SHDF) scheme focused on roof replacement works .
Working closely with one of our key social housing partners, you will play a pivotal role in delivering energy efficiency upgrades , ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage roof replacement programmes across occupied social housing properties
- Ensure works are delivered in line with SHDF requirements , programme targets, and quality standards
- Oversee operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers , ensuring site performance and productivity
