• Lead end-to-end execution of substation projects (132kV, 220kV, GIS, AIS) at site.
• Oversee all site activities across civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project schedules and contract requirements.
• Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and utility authorities for inspections, approvals and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and regulatory standards (DEWA, FEWA, ADDC or equivalent).
