The site materials manager will lead an organization focused on the execution and continuous improvement of wing-to-wing materials processes. They will partner with the plant manager to develop a customer focused environment that maximizes on-time delivery while minimizing inventory.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Lead a team of materials personnel in materials planning, inventory, production control and procurement requirements, demonstrating strong integration with manufacturing operations teams and cross functional stakeholders
+ Ensures that standard materials processes and standard KPIs are used to provide the best delivery with the lowest inventory cost for the factory
+ Support the SIOP process: contribute to material procurement timing, order release timing requirements, available capacity, & lead-times
