About the job: To lead and develop a central support function within Sites & Accommodation, supporting key compliance areas relating to project work and site operations. The role oversees a team of eight direct reports (seven Regional Operations Coordinators (ROCs) and one Site Operations Administrator), ensuring the delivery of seamless administrative support and effective communication across the UK Sites Network, Regional Managers, and Head Office teams.
