Site Operations and Planning Manager

Role: Project engineer or Asst Project manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgets.

- Liaise with mall management and landlord authorities to obtain necessary fit-out approvals.

- Monitor project progress daily and maintain alignment with project timelines using MS Project & Excel.

- Conduct site visits for inspections (civil, architectural, and MEP) and prepare detailed reports.

- Review contractor payment claims, payment certificates, and project variations.

- Provide operational support during store pre-opening and project close-out.
