Site Operations Manager
We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee all site activities including people and function management, ensuring that site activities and expenditures align with plans, security measures are met, and the site complies with client requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set and meet performance targets; collaborate with upper management to design performance key metrics and KPIs.
- Plan to improve, develop, and drive the achievement of financial and non-financial objectives and frequently follow up on achievements with staff.
- Proactively monitor service delivery to prevent revenue erosion from penalties or other items.
- Optimize service offerings and implement initiatives to drive consistent service delivery and portfolio growth throughout the assigned account, meeting and exceeding objectives.
