Site Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

A large contracting company with offices in Cape Town and Gauteng is looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor.

Minimum requirements:

•Accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying.

•5-10 years working experience.

•NEC contract experience is a must.

•Strong working knowledge of Contract

•Strong experience with Change Management.

•Computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

•Experience within a construction/engineering (EPC) background

•Full driving license and own transport.

Your responsibilities will include:

•Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions (tenders), assessing of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts.
