Site Safety Manager

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Site Safety Manager to support a large‑scale manufacturing new‑build project in Moreno Valley, CA. This role will be fully onsite and highly visible, requiring someone who can confidently communicate safety requirements, coordinate with experienced safety personnel, and work directly with clients and trade partners in a fast‑moving construction environment. The ideal candidate is a strong field safety professional who understands construction workflows, can navigate competing hazards, and brings a collaborative, solutions‑driven approach. This is a 3–4 month contract with the potential to continue on future projects and travel with the project team to upcoming sites.
