The role focuses on day-to-day site support technical guidance and service consistency while acting as a trusted on-site advisor for customers and a mentor for site teams during complex or critical project phases.

Site Operations & Technical Support

• Supervise day-to-day on-site support delivered by Site Services / Scaffolding Instructors.
• Ensure consistent service quality and strict adherence to ATPAC safety standards.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for complex or non‑standard access and scaffolding solutions.
• Support troubleshooting on active sites to protect safety schedule and productivity.
