Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, facilities management, maintenance, and client service delivery. The role supervises third‑party service providers (TPSPs), ensures compliance with SLAs and KPIs, and supports smooth operational execution across the property.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Site Management

• Conduct daily inspections and site walkthroughs.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports and checklists.
• Coordinate event setups and operational requirements as per client requests.
• Manage shift handovers and respond to client inquiries.
• Support rotational shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night).

Facilities & Contractor Supervision

• Supervise TPSPs across Housekeeping, F&B, Security, Laundry, Transport, Soft FM (Landscape), and Hard FM (Civil, MEP, IT).
