This role involves reporting directly to the Construction Manager, focusing on managing daily site operations. You will coordinate with project stakeholders, supervise site crews, and uphold safety standards while maintaining project quality. Your pivotal role will influence the successful completion of critical electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct oversight of all on-site construction activities
• Lead site crews to improve productivity
• Ensure crew timesheets are submitted accurately
• Act as the liaison with project stakeholders
• Lead safety culture initiatives and report incidents
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Journeyperson Electrician certification
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record
