You’ll be working as an on-site supervisor at a Japanese office interior design company.


- Project Planning and Progress Management: Develop construction schedules and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Quality and Safety Control: Oversee on-site quality assurance, enforce safety measures, and supervise subcontractors and workers.
- Quantity Estimation and Cost Management: Calculate required materials and work volumes based on drawings and specifications, handle quotations, purchasing, and cost control.
