Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor, based in Port Elizabeth and reporting to the Regional Manager will be responsible for maintaining service levels and staffing requirements at various sites.  The role is aligned to the strategic and operational imperatives of the company. A successful track record working in a similar role within the service industry combined with deep experience in the TES and Recruitment environment is essential.

Management of Client Service Delivery:

• Schedule, attend and record worker forum meetings.


• Action reasonable requests and formalise requests from clients within 24 hours.


• Resolve client queries within 24 hours. Ensure any delays are communicated in writing and advise estimated date of completion.


• Supply new assignees details to clients with relevant documentation (i.e.: ID copy, crim check, application, approval document) and/or any other documents which are relevant at the time.
