Site Supervisor (SDC)

SUMMARY:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing designated transport services through effective coordination with Service Leaders and Bus Captains (BCs). This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of services within Sentosa, with a focus on daily operational activities, resource planning, guest interaction, regulatory and company compliance, and site safety (including the coach park and bus bay). The Site Supervisor also plays a critical role in supporting service recovery, staff communication, and administrative processes.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Lead the delivery of transport services through direct supervision of Service Leaders.
• Ensure full daily duty coverage, including prompt arrangements for absenteeism or vacant duties.
