Main Missions

• Target, challenge and support all plants Supply Chain to ensure adherence with the vision and standards.
• Ensure the right level of contribution to the overall Supply Chain performance (stocks and costs).

Activities

• Create and animate a Global Logistics dashboard including targets and achievement level.
• Monitor the Logistics performance of each country, plant, and lift all relevant issues.
• Coordinate all recovery action plans.
• Launch, get validation and pilot all Logistics transformation projects.
• Create, update all Supply Chain and Packaging methodologies and standards.
• Develop Logistics skills matrix, implement regular assessments, organize trainings and replacement plans.
