Site Surveyor

Project construction management, supervision and implementation of the overall company policies, directives, procedures and control over the assigned project and business undertakings under the following functional responsibilities:

Responsibilities

1. Overall coordination, meetings and presentations to clients, local government unit/municipality, and other agencies as required by Hansei.
2. Safekeeping of records and documentation.
3. Prepare and maintain sketches, ampls, report, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
4. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted by the survey sites.
5. Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
