SIXT - Cleaner/Driver

As a Cleaner/Driver at SIXT you are responsible for washing and valeting our cars inside and out to an exceptionally high standard. You will also be driving and collecting a range of our cars to customers and other branches. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of being a Cleaner/Driver as you are the first and last point of contact with our customers.

This role is offered as a fixed term, zero hour contract during our busy summer period.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation, valeting, refuelling and ensuring vehicles are to a high standard
• Ensuring vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner
• Actively providing high level of customer service
• Managing customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle damage
• Correctly and accurately measuring car damage and detection
