Our Oxfordshire-based client has been delivering high-quality, bespoke garden design, landscaping and maintenance services for over 10 years. With a highly skilled and passionate team covering design, landscaping, carpentry and garden maintenance, they take great prde in their work and value the long-lasting relationships they build with their clients.
They are now looking for Skilled Gardeners to join their growing team.
The Role
You will be working primarily in teams of two, although solo work may be required depending on garden needs. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong horticultural knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and confident communication with both clients and colleagues.
Although you will already be an experienced gardener with good plant knowledge, the company offers ongoing training and specialist courses, with clear opportunities for progression.
