**Job Title: Skilled Laborer (Construction) – Taper / Finisher ($25-$30/hr.)**

🕒 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled **Taper / Finisher** to perform high-quality drywall finishing and painting on commercial and residential construction projects. This role focuses on delivering smooth, durable finishes while working safely and efficiently in the field.

+ Apply joint compound (mud) and tape to drywall seams
+ Sand surfaces to create smooth, paint-ready finishes
+ Repair cracks, holes, and surface imperfections
+ Match textures (knockdown, orange peel, smooth) for seamless repairs
