Job Description

We are seeking experienced skilled laborers to join our team for construction projects involving utility installations and site construction. The ideal candidate will have a experience in large construction projects and will work primarily as a laborer with opportunities to operate machinery as they progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with excavation, trenching, and site preparation for utility installations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Support pipefitters, electricians, and heavy equipment operators as needed.
• Perform backfilling, compacting, and grading to restore work areas.
• Install and maintain temporary structures, such as barricades and safety signage.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.
